  * Primary priorities are things that VSAs are committed to. Ongoing priorities are things that relate to the mission of UVSA. They cannot be omitted.
  * Secondary priorities are things that VSAs have an interest in, but have to defer for various reasons.
  * Tertiary priorities are things that VSAs currently have no interest in, but such events or ideas are being organized by other people nevertheless. These external groups prefer the involvement of the VSAs.
  * Everything else goes into the Idea List. These are things that have not been organized.
