Collaborating as part of the [[http://www.lenduong.net | Len Duong International Vietnamese Youth Network]], this project shall provide a platform for Vietnamese youths to engage with one another within their communities. Some goals through this collaboration include

  * Provide VSAs with project management capabilities, especially human resource management through social networking.
